Herbal Compress Massage

This treatment uses a warm pouch filled with a blend of therapeutic herbs to decrease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote calm. The heated compress is applied to the skin using gentle movements, allowing the herbs to penetrate into the tissue and muscles.

Lemongrass, Lime, and Cinnamon with a rice base are used in the initial treatment. 

Lemongrass: Antimicrobial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, helps balance skin oils

Lime: Antioxidant, boosts collagen, high in Vitamin C, promotes youthful glow, maintains skin elasticity

Cinnamon: Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, anti-fungal, helps boost memory
