I love getting massages from Krista. I always feel like she can get the muscles loosened. I usually have tight muscles in my shoulders and neck and leave feeling very refreshed and my range of motion is much better. She is very good with making sure the pressure is good for her clients. I would definitely recommend her.

I was very lucky to see her today as it was a very last minute appointment in the busiest time of the year and plus very cold snowy weather. She was punctual, well prepared, professional, skilled, and friendly. I was very satisfied throughout the 90 min massage with her. She used various techniques to relieve pain and stress. Krista was amazing. She was very professional and very pleasant to work with. She brought the oils, music, table, blankets and a warm heating blanket. Very knowledgeable on musculoskeletal physiology and body mechanics. She paid close attention to my problem areas and suggested some effective stretches to improve those areas. Krista came to my place of employment and provided a very professional and courteous service. I felt 20 years younger by the time she was done! The convenience of not having to leave work to attend a clinic is great on it’s own but adding in the fact she came fully equipped with a professional massage table, music and oils pushes this over the top for me. My first visit with Krista and I signed up for the 5-treatment package; a true professional, she knows exactly what is needed (including the small touches such as special oils, music, making sure you are totally comfortable, even in your home). She takes nothing for granted and was very attentive. I have been having massage monthly for over 20 years (due to long-term effects of multiple surgeries) and am very particular about my massage therapist, choosing to stay with each one as long as I can. Krista’s technique was perfect, just enough pressure on just the right points. Am so pleased I have found her to take over after losing my last provider (due to her own illness).
